Shipping Policy

  1. GENERAL 

Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website, but from time to time, there may be a stock discrepancy, and we will not be able to fulfil all your items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfil the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the back-ordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund. Please note that some items may be shipped from different warehouses to arrive at different times.   

 2. HOW LONG AFTER ORDERING IS MY ORDER SHIPPED?

We typically ship all orders within 1-2  business days. However, some personalized jewellery or necklaces with wishes may require an extended production time of 2 to 5 days.

4. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Shipping payment will be collected with the purchase.

5. HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

6. WHAT ABOUT CUSTOMS FEES/TAXES?

We do our best to help ensure your item arrives as smoothly and quickly as possible, including labelling the package with all relevant information for customs authorities. It's unusual for orders of 1-2 items to attract customs fees, except in countries where there is a very low or no tax-free threshold. If fees are charged by customs, they are payable by the recipient.

7. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we can accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. In case of personalized items cancellation may be possible if production has not yet begun.

8. HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking number and link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

9. What IF I DIDN'T RECEIVE MY ORDER? 

Please email us customersupport@cavreu.com, quoting your order number from the confirmation email message. We'll help track down your order.
